After figuring out the aim of my project and after tackling several idea I am most fond of the idea to use a virtual reality simulator like the Oculus rift or the project Morpheus to put right handed people in the shoes of a left handed person. Though the Virtual reality simulators offer no means to mimic hand movement there is a peripheral piece of technology that was demoed at E3 in 2014 called "Control VR" that can mimic hand movements and allow developers to augment and edit that feature.
My plan is to use this to showcase how normal everyday acts can become monotonous or aggravating if you had to be left handed.

After feedback and a week of deliberation I have decided to change the day i will be using for the final project.
I will now be using Left Handers Day on August 13th.
After researching left handers day I learned it was created to promote the inconveniences faced by left handed people everyday, it celebrates their uniqueness. there is also a more serious part of the day which shines a light on the issue that left handed people are more likely to develop schizophrenia. The days aim is to also to improve product design for left handed people.
Right handed people are encouraged during this day to use left handed tools to see how awkward it can be to not have sufficient use of everyday items.
My projects aim should be to show right handed people how difficult it can be to use your left hand regularly.
